Saturday Night Japanese Dinner

Here are what I cooked this evening:

Seared Tuna Steak marinated in garlic and soy, daikon citrus dressing, green salad.
Nagoya-styled chunky vegetable miso soup
Chinese Cabbage pickle, yuzu and chilli flavour
Quick Daikon pickle, nuka flavour
Steamed Japanese Rice

Not a bad dinner! :)
